A bitumen melting unit is designed for melting BND, PBV bitumen, including BNK bitumen according to GOST 22245-90 and feeding it into the consumer’s medium. Bitumen melting and heating to the operating temperature are carried out by hot heat carrier delivery into the registers of the unit and an additional bitumen circulation circuit.

The range of applications is melting and feeding bitumen as part of bitumen facilities. Promservis is the only company in the market, which uses a melting system by the bitumen circulation type with a knife register system. Thanks to this, the capacity of PLS-31 increased to 50% of the rating. A new bitumen melting unit was developed in close coordination with the partner Transitservisresurs LLC www.bitumtsr.ru.

Transitservisresurs LLC is the only Russian company, which sells bitumen in 1000-liter IBC Clovertainer.
