The filter sock is intended for cleaning gases exiting the drying drum and dusty air from the mixing tower, has a pre-chamber for sifting sand and tubular cloth filters for dust. Filter cleaning is carried out successively by low-pressure air purging. Filter case heat insulation prevents exhaust gas condensation in the filter and allows operating at the minimum possible temperature of exhaust gases. A DANFOS frequency inverter is mounted on the exhauster fan making it possible to save a significant amount of consumed electrical power when operating the unit. The dust cleaning efficiency is 99,9%. Dust is removed from the filter by a WAM conveyer screw system (Italy).
